Check-In Policy :

• Check-in: From 1 PM onwards.

  • Early check-in (after 7 AM) is chargeable by 600 INR + GST, subject to availability.

• Check-out: By 10 AM. Late check-out up until 7 PM is chargeable by 700 INR + GST, subject to availability.

• Guests can use luggage storage and common areas before check-in or after check-out.

• Valid government photo ID required (Aadhar / DL / Voter ID / Passport).

• Visitors are not allowed beyond the reception area.
   

Hotel Policy :

• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

• Smoking only in designated zones.

• No unlawful activities (e.g., drugs, gambling).

• Limited vehicle parking, subject to availability.

• Use common areas responsibly – gadgets and amenities are for all.

• MSR Hotels is not liable for lost or damaged items.

• Lost key card penalty: ₹500.

• Guests are liable for any property damage.

• Firearms or weapons are strictly prohibited on premises.

Cancellation and Refund Policy :

• Free cancellation or changes allowed up to 2(48 hours) days before check-in.

• No changes or cancellations after the cut-off date.

• For changes/cancellations, email hello@msrhotels.com.

• If booked via platforms like MakeMyTrip or Booking.com, cancel through them.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

• No refunds for early check-outs.

• Refunds (if any) may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account

• Limited vehicle parking, subject to availability.

Children & Extra Guest Details : 

• Age under 7 are complimentary. Age over 7 will be chargeable same as an adult.
